We started Ohana Shading Systems with a clear goal: to build outdoor shade systems that improve how people use their space every day. Since 2018, we have worked with both residential and commercial clients to design and install structures that solve real problems caused by sun, heat, and changing weather conditions.

Our founder, Johnathon Nice, built this company with a focus on consistent work and long-term results. Through hands-on experience in outdoor construction and large-scale shade projects, he saw how many properties were limited by outdoor conditions. Instead of letting patios, seating areas, and open spaces go unused, we create systems that turn them into functional environments.

We specialize in custom shade structures for both homes and businesses, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
